2000-16 Long-Term Care Study Data Request

The SOA Long-Term Care Experience Committee (LTCEC) will be conducting a study on a) incidence, lapse and mortality study and b) claim terminations. We are looking for companies willing to contribute data covering the time period of 2000-16. The following files contain the information on the data request:
