InsurTech LTC Conference Postponed

April 17, 2019 - After careful consideration, the Society of Actuaries (SOA) has decided to postpone and reimagine the 2019 InsurTech LTC Conference, originally planned for May 29-31 in National Harbor, MD.

The continuing and very rapid developments in the InsurTech space, along with their applications in the long-term care (LTC) marketplace are exciting and dynamic topics of great interest to professionals across the LTC industry. Later this year, we plan to introduce a reimagined event for this market, embracing this innovative topic in a more accessible format.

At the SOA, we value the feedback of our constituents and incorporate it as we plan events. As we’ve been developing the concept and our plans for this program, it became clear to us that we needed to rethink the concept in order to attract a critical mass of participants to the event. Stepping back now will allow us to create a more collaborative and innovator-friendly format that truly meets the needs of this community.
