The Society of Actuaries, the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and the International Association of Black Actuaries (IABA) announced the findings on their joint project on diversity and inclusion. The findings emphasized the importance of promoting early awareness of the actuarial profession among minority high school students, parents and teachers.
