Society of Actuaries Inclusion and Diversity Committee
Purpose
The purpose of the Inclusion & Diversity Committee (IDC) is to determine investments the SOA can make, or programs it can undertake, to achieve the greatest effect on inclusion and diversity for SOA members and candidates in areas of education, professional development, leadership, advancement, culture and awareness.
The IDC will identify best practices to build a successful diversity and inclusion program for the SOA in consultation with diversity and inclusion experts from a broad range of backgrounds including employers and other professional associations.
