Online Services Availability

SOA strives to make its online services available to members and candidates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, web sites and the technologies that support them require ongoing maintenance for a variety of reasons. This maintenance may result in periods of downtime so that SOA may perform hardware maintenance, apply software updates, and implement security enhancements to ensure that SOA’s online services are secure, stable, and performing at high standards.

Regular Scheduled Maintenance

SOA reserves time between 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM CDT every Saturday to perform scheduled maintenance. Although regular scheduled maintenance windows are established, they may not be used.
